临床健康教育路径对老年高血压患者疾病认知及康复的影响

摘要:

目的 探讨临床健康教育路径对老年高血压患者疾病认知及康复的影响。方法 选择我院收治的80 例老年高血压患者 作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组采用临床健康教育路径。比较两组患者干预后的疾病认知程度、护理满意度与生活质量评分。结果 干预后,观察组的知晓率与护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的物质生活、躯体健康、社会功能、心理健康评分分别为(52.24±4.91)、(54.21±5.69)、(51.62±4.27)、(47.24±5.84)分,均显著高于对照组的(41.76±3.83)、(43.83±4.58)、(43.31±3.75)、(39.91±4.29)分(P<0.05)。结论 老年高血压患者采用临床健康教育路径可明显提高患者的疾病认知程度及生活质量,对促进患者康复具有积极作用,且有利于提高患者的护理满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。

    Effect of clinical health education pathway on illness cognition and recovery in senile patients with hypertension

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of clinical health education pathway on illness cognition and recovery in senile patients with hypertension. Methods Eighty cases of senile patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given clinical health education pathway. The cognition degree of disease, nursing satisfaction and life quality score after intervention in the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the awareness rate and the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); the scores of material life, physical health, social function, mental health in the observation group were respectively (52.24±4.91), (54.21±5.69), (51.62±4.27), (47.24±5.84), which were significantly higher than (41.76±3.83), (43.83±4.58), (43.31±3.75), (39.91±4.29) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical health education pathway in senile patients with hypertension can significantly increase patients`` cognition degree of disease and life quality, facilitate to promote recovery and improve patients`` care satisfaction, which has high clinical application value.
