渐进式康复护理措施对冠脉内支架植入术患者的疗效及心脏功能的影响分析

摘要：

目的 研究渐进式康复护理措施对冠脉内支架植入术患者的疗效及心脏功能的影响。方法 选取2014年3月至2015年3月我院的120例行冠脉内支架植入术的患者，按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组，各60例。对照组采用常规护理措施对患者实施护理，研究组则采用渐进式康复护理措施进行护理干预，比较两组患者的心功能指标、收缩压、舒张压、体重指数、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白的水平及术后并发症发生情况。结果 研究组患者的收缩压、舒张压、体重指数、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白及高密度脂蛋白水平明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；护理后，研究组的射血分数及爬楼梯速度明显高于 照组，胸闷发作次数低于对照组，并发症总发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 渐进式康复护理措施可显著改善冠脉内支架植入术患者的临床疗效，值得广泛应用。

Effect analysis of progressive rehabilitation nursing on the efficacy and cardiac function in patients

with coronary stent implantation

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of progressive rehabilitation nursing on patients with coronary stent implantation. Methods From March 2014 to March 2015, 120 cases of patients with coronary stent implantation in our hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing care, while the study group was treated with progressive rehabilitation nursing. The levels of cardiac function，systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein and occurrance of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, BMI, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the ejection fraction and stair climbing rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the chest distress episodes was lower than that of the control group, and the total incidence rate of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Progressive rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the curative effect of patients with coronary stent implantation, which is worthy of wide application.
