欣母沛、宫腔填纱联合治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨联合应用欣母沛与宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的52例前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各26例。对照组患者采用缩宫素+宫腔填纱治疗，观察组患者采用欣母沛+宫腔填纱治疗。比较两组患者的临床症状及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组术后2、24 h出血量均明显少于对 照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的血压、心率及血氧饱和度与治疗前及两组组内比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组术后并发症总发生率为3.85%，明显低于对照组的15.38%（P<0.05）。结论 欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血临床效果显著，可有效减少产后出血量，降低术后并发症发生率，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of hemabate combined with uterine cavity filling in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa cesarean section

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of hemabate combined with uterine cavity filling in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa cesarean section. Methods Fifty-two cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa cesarean section were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 26 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oxytocin and uterine cavity filling, and the observation group was given hemabate combined with uterine cavity filling. The clinical symptoms and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After operation for 2 and 24 h, the blood loss volume of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, there were no significant differences in the blood pressure, heart rate and degree of blood oxygen saturation of the two groups compared with those before treatment, and there were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). The total complications rate of the observation group was 3.85%, which was lower than 15.38% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of hemabate combined with uterine cavity filling in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa cesarean section is significant. It can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of postoperative complications, which is worth clinical application and promotion.
