中医骨科康复疗法结合西药在老年骨性关节炎治疗中的应用价值

摘要：

目的 探析中医骨科康复疗法结合西药在老年骨性关节炎治疗中应用价值。方法 选取330 例在本院接受治疗老年骨 性关节炎患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为两组，每组165例。参照组患者应用常规西医治疗，研究组则在参照组的基础上结合中医骨科康复疗法进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为95.15%，明显高于参照组的 87.27%（P<0.05）。研究组患者无痛率、轻度疼痛率均明显高于参照组，重度疼痛率明显低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P< 0.05）。研究组JOA评分为（3.69±0.27）分明显高于参照组的（2.29±0.14）分（P<0.05）。结论 应用中医骨科康复疗法结合西药对老年骨性关节炎患者进行治疗，可得到显著治疗效果，能促使患者尽快康复，值得临床上推广。

Application value of rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine

in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application value of rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis. Methods Three hundred and thirty cases of patients with senile osteoarthritis in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, with 165 cases in each group. Patients in the reference group were treated with conventional western medicine, while the study group was treated with rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the reference group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.15%, which was significantly higher than 87.27% of the reference group (P<0.05). The painless rate and mild pain rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group, the severe pain rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The JOA score in the study group was (3.69±0.27), which was higher than (2.29±0.14) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis is effective, which can promote patients`` rehabilitation. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
