葛根素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效性及安全性

摘要：

目的 探讨葛根素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效性及安全性。方法 将本院2015年10月至2016年9月收治的58例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分成对照组和观察组，各29例。在基础治疗的同时，对照组和观察组分别给予复方丹参注射液和葛根素注射液治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后，两组的各项血流流变学指标明显降低，观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者的血管内皮指标、心肌耗氧指数均降低，且观察组上述指标及硝酸甘油使用量均低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组的不良反应总发生率差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 葛根素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛安全有效，值得大力推广。

The efficacy and safety of puerarin injection on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of puerarin injection on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Fifty-eight patients with angina pectoris treated in our hospital from October 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 29 cases in each gruop. The two groups were treated with basic therapy, at the same time, the control group and the observation group were given compound Danshen injection and puerarin injection respectively, then the treatment effects were compared. Results After treatment, the blood flow and rheological indexes of the two groups significantly decreased, those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05); the indexes of vascular endothelium, myocardial oxygen consumption significantly decreased in both groups, those indexes and nitroglycern dosage of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Puerarin injection is safe and effective in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, which is worth promoting in clinic.
