血府逐瘀汤在脑梗塞治疗中的效果及安全性评价

摘要：

目的 对血府逐瘀汤在脑梗塞治疗中的效果及安全性进行探究。方法 选取2015年8月至2016年10月在本院接受治疗的脑梗塞患者52例进行研究，采用单双号随机分组方式将所有患者分为对照组与研究组，各26例。对照组患者接受常规 基础治疗，研究组在对照组基础上给予患者血府逐瘀汤进行治疗，对比两组患者的凝血功能、神经功能缺损情况以及不良反 应发生情况。结果 治疗前，两组患者的PT、Fib、APTT、TC、TG指标及神经功能缺损评分比较，差异不具有统计学意义（P> 0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的PT、Fib、APTT、TC、TG指标及神经功能缺损评分明显低于治疗前，且研究组患者的上述指标均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者的不良反应发生情况比较，差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 血府逐瘀汤治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效显著，且具有较高的安全性。

Effect and safety evaluation of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect and safety of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Fifty-two patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from August 2015 to October 2016 were selected. All the patients were divided into control group and study group according to means of odd-numbered randomized group, with 26 cases in each group. The control group received conventional basic treatment, while the study group was given Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group. The blood coagulation function, nerve function defect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, the differences in indexs of PT, Fib, APTT, TC, TG and neurological deficit scores between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the indexs of PT, Fib, APTT, TC, TG and neurological deficit scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those indexes in the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction and has high safety.
