细菌溶解产物在小儿反复呼吸道感染防治中的临床疗效

摘要:

目的 观察细菌溶解产物在小儿反复呼吸道感染防治中的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年10月至2016年1月我院收治的90例反复呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组45 例,对照组给予常规抗感染及对症支持治 疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予口服细菌溶解产物胶囊,连用3 个月。比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗总有效率 为93.3%,明显高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访12个月,观察组患儿急性呼吸道感染次数为(3.1± 0.8)次,病程为(26.4±3.1)d,发热峰值持续时间为(2.2±0.4)d,咳嗽时间为(15.7±4.8)d,抗感染治疗时间为(9.6±1.4)d,明显 短/少于对照组的(5.2±0.9)次,(33.1±4.1)d,(3.4±0.1)d,(21.4±5.1)d,(13.5±1.2)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见严重不良反应发生。结论 细菌溶解产物治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染作用明确,可提高患儿依从性,不良反应少,值得临床推 广使用。

    Clinical efficacy of bacterial lysates in the prevention and treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children

    ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bacterial lysates in the prevention and treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children. Methods Ninety cases of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections in our hospital from October 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine anti-infection and symptomatic support treatment, while the observation group was given oral bacterial lysates capsule on the basis of the control group for 3 months. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than 73.3% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Followed up for 12 months, the frequency of acute respiratory infection in the observation group was (3.1±0.8) times, the course of diseas was (26.4±3.1) d, the fever peak continued time was (2.2±0.4) d, the cough time was (15.7±4.8) d and the anti-infective treatment time was (9.6±1.4) d, which were obviously less/shorter than (5.2±0.9) times, (33.1±4.1) d, (3.4± 0.1) d, (21.4±5.1) d and (13.5±1.2) d in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no severe adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Bacterial lysates is effective in treating recurrent respiratory tract infections in children, which can improve the compliance of children and has less adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
