米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法 选取2015年2月至2016年3月我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者100例为研究对象，将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。对照组患者采用米非司酮治疗，观察组患者采用米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组患者总有效率为94.00%，明显高于对照组的74.00%（P<0.05）。观察组患者的子宫肌瘤体积为（32.14±12.51）cm3、月经量为（125.53±28.11）mL、子宫体积（232.14±50.51）cm3，明显优于对照组患者的（45.93±12.72）cm3、（235.92±37.41）mL 及（291.53±43.52）cm3，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊应用于子宫肌瘤治疗，临床效果显著，不仅能缩小患者子宫肌瘤体积、子宫体积，减少月经量，还能促进患者恢复，提高治疗总有效率，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods One hundred cases of patients with uterine fibroids admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the study objects, all the patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%, which was higher than 74.00% of the control group (P<0.05). In the observation group, the uterine fibroids volume was (32.14±12.51) cm3, the menstrual quantity was (125.53 ±28.11) mL, uterine volume was (232.14±50.51) cm3, which were better than (45.93±12.72) cm3, (235.92±37.41) mL and (291.53± 43.52) cm3 respectively in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroid is significant. It can not only reduce the uterine fibroids volunme, uterine volume and menstrual quantity, but also can promote the patients`` recover and increase clinical efficiency, which is worth promoting in clinic.
