不同固定方法治疗桡骨远端Colles骨折的临床效果

摘要：

目的 观察桡骨远端Colles骨折应用不同固定方法治疗的效果。方法 将桡骨远端Colles骨折患者86例随机分为试验组和对照组，每组43例。试验组患者采用手法复位小夹板固定术治疗，对照组患者采用切开复位钢板螺钉内固定术治疗。两组患者均随访3个月，观察患者腕功能恢复情况，比较治疗前、后患者的掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨相对高度。结果 治疗前，两组患者的掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨相对高度比较，差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，试验组患者的腕功能恢复优良率，掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨相对高度与对照组比较，差异均不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 与切开复位钢板螺钉内固定相比，手法复位小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端Colles骨折的治疗效果相当，可作为常用治疗方法之一。

Curative effect of different fixation methods on distal radius Colles fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of different fixation methods in the treatment of Colles fracture of distal radius. Methods Eighty-six cases of patients with distal radius Colles fractures were divided into experimental group and control group, with 43 cases in each group, the experimental group were treated with manual reduction and small splint fixation, the control group were treated with open reduction and plate screw internal fixation. Followed up for 3 months, the wrist function recovery, inclination of palm, ulnar deviation angle and relative height of radius were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the inclination of palm, ulnar deviation angle and relative height of radius between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the differences in the wrist function recovery rate, the inclination of palm, ulnar deviation angle and relative height of radius between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Manual reduction and small splint fixation in the treatment of Colles fractures of the distal radius has the same effect with open reduction and plate screw internal fixation, which can be used as one of the commonly used treatment methods.
