显微外科手术治疗手部皮肤逆行撕脱伤的临床疗效及安全性

摘要：

目的 探讨显微外科手术治疗手部皮肤逆行撕脱伤的临床疗效及安全性。方法 选择2014年1月至2016年1月我院收治的手部皮肤逆行撕脱伤患者82 例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各41例。对照组患者接受常规的游离植皮治疗，观察组患者接受显微外科手术治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的皮肤存活率为92.68%，明显高于对照组的 60.98%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的手部功能恢复总有效率为100.00%，明显高于对照组的85.37%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者均无不良反应发生。结论 显微外科手术治疗手部皮肤逆行撕脱伤具有显著的临床疗效，且安全性高，值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy and safety of microsurgery in hand skin retrograde avulsion

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of microsurgical in hand skin retrograde avulsion. Methods Eighty-two cases of patients with hand skin retrograde avulsion in our hospital From January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received conventional free flap transplantation, while the observation group was given microsurgery. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The survival rate of the hand skin in the observation group was 92.68%, which was higher than 60.98% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of hand function recovery in observation group was 100.00% , which was higher than 85.37% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no adverse reaction occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Microsurgical in the treatment of hand skin retrograde avulsion has significant clinical efficacy, and high safety, so it is worthy of clinical application.
