同轴2.2、3.0 mm小切口超声乳化手术治疗白内障的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨同轴2.2、3.0 mm小切口超声乳化手术治疗白内障的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的80例白内障患者随机分为观察组与对照组，各40例。观察组患者采取2.2 mm微创切口治疗，对照组患者采取3.0 mm常规切口治疗。比较两组患者的超声乳化能量及时间、手术源性散光、角膜切口形态及术后并发症。结果 观察组超声乳化能量明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组超声乳化时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组术后1周、1月手术源性散光显著小于于对照组，且术后1月两组患者手术源性散光明显小于术后1周（P<0.05）。观察组术后1周、1月角膜切口角度及长度明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者均未见明显并发症发生。结论 同轴2.2 mm微创切口超声乳化手术治疗白内障可降低超声乳化能量、手术源性散光，延长角膜切口长度，较常规3.3 mm切口临床价值更高。

Clinical effect of phacoemulsification with coaxial 2.2 and 3.0 mm small incision in the treatment of cataract

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of phacoemulsification with coaxial 2.2 and 3.0 mm small incision in the treatment of cataract. Methods Eighty cataract patients admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group received phacoemulsification with coaxial 2.2 mm small incision, the control group accepted phacoemulsification with coaxial 3.0 mm small incision. The phacoemulsification energy and time, surgical astigmatism, corneal incision shape and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the phacoemulsification energy of the observation group was lower (P< 0.05). There was no significant difference in the phacoemulsification between the two groups (P>0.05). At 1 week and 1 month after operation, the surgical astigmatism, corneal incision angle and corneal incision length of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group, and the surgical astigmatism, corneal incision angle and corneal incision length of the two group at 1 month after operation were better than those at 1 week after operation (P<0.05). No obvious complications occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Phacoemulsification with coaxial 2.2 mm small incision in the treatment of cataract can effectively reduce the phacoemulsification energy and surgical astigmatism, and prolong corneal incision length. Compared with the conventional 3.3 mm incision, its clinical value is higher.
