老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者给予TRIGEN InterTan系统与PFNA内固定术治疗的临床效果对比

摘要：

目的 分析比较老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者给予TRIGEN InterTan 系统与股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）内固定治疗的临 床效果，以期为临床选择合理的治疗方式提供参考。方法 现选取我院自2013年1月至2015年3月收治的106例老年股骨 粗隆间骨折患者为调查对象，参照双盲随机法将患者随机划分为A组与B组，每组53例。A组患者给予TRIGEN InterTan 系统治疗，B 组患者给予PFNA 内固定术治疗，比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间，展开为期24个月的随访，以Harris 髋关节功能评分来评估患者预后。结果 两组患者骨折均愈合，未发生下肢深静脉血栓、深部感染、股骨头坏死或骨不连等并发症。B组患者的手术时间短于A组，术中出血量少于A组（P<0.05），而两组患者在住院时间、骨折愈合时间及Harris髋关节功能评分优良率比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者施以TRIGEN InterTan系统与PFNA内固定术治疗均具较好的效果，临床应全面评估患者的各项情况以选择合理的内固定方式。

Clinical effect comparison of TRIGEN InterTan system and PFNA internal fixation in elderly patients

with intertrochanteric fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of TRIGEN InterTan system and PFNA internal fixation in the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods One hundred and six cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture from January 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected, and divided into group A and group B with random blind method, with 53 cases in each group. The group A was treated with TRIGEN InterTan system, and the group B was treated with PFNA internal fixation. The operation time, blood loss, length of stay and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups, and 24 months follow-up was performed to assess the prognosis of the patients using the Harris hip function score. Results The fractures healed in both groups without deep vein thrombosis, deep infection, necrosis of the femoral head or nonunion. Compared with the group A, the operation time of the group B was shorter, and the blood loss was less (P<0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups in the length of stay, fracture healing time and Harris hip function score (P>0.05). Conclusion TRIGEN InterTan system and PFNA internal fixation in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture has better effect, so we should comprehensive assess the patients`` situation in order to choose a reasonable internal fixation in clinic.
