口服降糖药与甘精胰岛素联合治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨口服降糖药与甘精胰岛素联合治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的2型糖尿病患者100例为研究对象，分为治疗组和对照组，各50例。对照组患者给予口服降糖药，治疗组患者应用甘精胰岛素联合降糖药。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 治疗后，两组患者餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于治疗前，且治疗组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组患者总有效率为96.00%，明显高于对照组的80.00%（P<0.05）；治疗组患者并发症总发生率为 2.00%，显著低于对照组的14.00%（P<0.05）。结论 口服降糖药物联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病，临床效果显著，可降低患者血糖，并发症发生率低，值得临床应用推广。

Clinical effect of oral hypoglycemic agents combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral hypoglycemic agents combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred type 2 diabetes mellitus patients admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received oral hypoglycemic agents, and the treatment group accepted oral hypoglycemic agents combined with insulin glargine. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of 2 h postprandial blood glucose, fasting plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those of the treatment group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence rate of complications of the treatment group was 2.00%, which was lower than 14.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Oral hypoglycemic agents combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus has significant significant effect. It can reduce the patients`` glucose and has low complication rate, which is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
