肾上腺皮质激素治疗呼吸内科疾病临床研究

摘要：

目的 探讨在呼吸内科疾病临床治疗中使用肾上腺皮质激素的作用。方法 以我院呼吸内科2014年1月至2016年6月收治的40例患者为观察组；以同期接受治疗的40例呼吸内科患者为对照组。对照组患者接受常规治疗，观察组患者则采用 常规治疗联合肾上腺皮质激素治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.0%，明显高于对照组患者的72.5%（P<0.05）；治疗前，两组患者的血清IL-12水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的血清IL-12水平均明显提高，且观察组患者的血清IL-12 水平高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 呼吸内科疾病治疗中应 用肾上腺皮质激素，可以有效提高治疗质量，缩短治疗周期，具有临床推广价值。

Clinical study of adrenocortical hormone in the treatment of respiratory diseases

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of adrenocortical hormone in the treatment of respiratory diseases. Methods Forty cases of patients admitted in department of respiratory medicine of our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were assigned to observation group. The clinical data of other 40 patients in the same period were assigned to control group. The patients in the control group received conventional treatment, and the patients in the observation group received conventional treatment combined with adrenocortical hormone. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%, which was significantly higher than 72.5% of the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum IL-12 between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the serum IL-12 levels of the two groups significantly improved, and the serum IL-12 level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of respiratory diseases, the use of adrenocortical hormone can effectively improve the quality of treatment, shorten the treatment cycle, which has the value of clinical promotion.
