法舒地尔联合纤溶酶治疗老年人突发性耳聋的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 分析法舒地尔联合纤溶酶治疗老年人突发性耳聋的临床应用效果。方法 以2013年7月至2016年6月来我院治疗的68例老年突发性耳聋患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组与观察组，每组34例。对照组使用法舒地尔治疗，观察组使用法舒地尔联合纤溶酶治疗。治疗2周后比较两组患者的临床疗效，并在患者出院后对其进行3~6 个月的跟踪随访，调查 两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者的耳聋治疗有效率（97.1%）明显高于对照组患者（82.4%）（P<0.05）；观察组患者的耳鸣治疗有效率（94.1%）明显高于对照组患者（76.5%）（P<0.05）。患者出院后3~6 个月随访结果显示，两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论 法舒地尔联合纤溶酶治疗老年人突发性耳聋的治疗效果良好，值得临床大力推广。

Clinical efficacy of fasudil combined with plasmin in elderly patients with sudden deafness

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of fasudil combined with plasmin in elderly patients with sudden deafness. Methods From July 2013 to June 2016, 68 cases of elderly patients with sudden deafness treated in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received fasudil treatment, while the observation group accepted fasudil combined with plasmin treatment. After 2 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the patients in the two groups were compared, and the patients were followed up for 3-6 months after discharge to investigate the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results The treatment effective rate of deafness in the observation group (97.1%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (82.4%) (P<0.05); the treatment effective rate of tinnitus in the observation group (94.1%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.5%) (P<0.05). The results of follow-up for 3-6 months after discharge showed that no adverse reactions were found in the patients. Conclusion The fasudil combined with plasmin in elderly patients with sudden deafness has a good clinical effect, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
