细节护理干预在尿毒症血液透析患者中的应用分析

摘要：

目的 分析细节护理干预在尿毒症血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法 选择本院2013年1月至2016年1月收治的80例尿毒症血液透析患者，分为A组（n=43）和B组（n=37）。A 组给予细节护理，B组给予一般护理，比较两组患者护理前、后的焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分和并发症发生情况。结果 护理干预前，两组患者的焦虑自评量表评分和抑郁自评量表评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；护理干预后，A组患者的焦虑自评量表评分和抑郁自评量表评分均低于护理干预前，且均低于B组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。A组患者的并发生症发生率为6.98%，明显低于B组的35.14%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 细节护理可以显著改善尿毒症血液透析患者的心理状态，缓解其焦虑和抑郁等不良情绪，且并发症的发生率较低，值得大力推广。

Application analysis of detail nursing intervention in uremic patients with hemodialysis

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the application effect of detail nursing intervention in uremic patients with hemodialysis. Methods A total of 80 uremia patients with hemodialysis admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into group A (n=43) and group B (n=37). Patients in the group A were given detail nursing intervention, while patients in the group B were given traditional nursing. The scores of anxiety self - rating scale and depression self-rating scale before and after nursing and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of anxiety self -rating scale and depression self-rating scale between the two groups (P>0.05); after nursing intervention, the scores of anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale in the group A were lower than those before nursing intervention, and were also lower than the group B, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complication in the group A was 6.98%, which was significantly lower than 35.14% in the group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The detail nursing intervention can promote the psychological state of uremia patients with hemodialysis, and relief the adverse emotion such as anxiety and depression, with less complication, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
