结节性甲状腺肿与甲状腺腺瘤的超声特征比较

摘要：

目的 比较结节性甲状腺肿与甲状腺腺瘤的超声特征，评价超声对结节性甲状腺肿及甲状腺腺瘤的诊断价值。方法 选取2014年2月至2015年2月我院收治的36例结节性甲状腺肿患者（结节性甲状腺肿组）及40例甲状腺腺瘤患者（甲状腺腺瘤组）作为研究对象，所有患者均接受超声诊断，比较经超声诊断结果。结果 结节性甲状腺肿组患者的内部回声情况与甲状腺腺瘤组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），两组患者边缘低回声晕环与边缘清楚情况比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者的结节直径及结节内部血流Vmax、Vmin、RI 比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；结节性甲状腺肿组的结节周 边血流Vmax、Vmin、RI 均低于甲状腺腺瘤组（P<0.05）。结论 结节性甲状腺肿与甲状腺腺瘤二者病理基础不同，超声图像存在的差异有助于临床对两种病症进行诊断和鉴别。

Ultrasound characteristics comparison of nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the ultrasound characteristics of nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma, and to evaluate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma. Methods From February 2014 to February 2015, 36 nodular goiter patients (nodular goiter group) and 40 thyroid adenoma patients (thyroid adenoma group) were enrolled as the study objects. All the patients were diagnosed by ultrasound, and the diagnostic results of ultrasound in the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in internal echo between nodular goiter group and thyroid adenoma group (P>0.05), but there were statistical significances in the clear ring and edge clear data (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in nodular diameter and the blood flow Vmax, Vmin and RI in internal nodular between nodular goiter group and thyroid adenoma group (P>0.05). The blood flow Vmax, Vmin and RI in peripheral nodular of the nodular goiter group were lower than those of the thyroid adenoma group (P<0.05). Conclusion There are different pathological basis of nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma, the difference of ultrasound images is helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of two kinds of diseases.
