印片细胞方法在乳腺肿瘤术中快速病理诊断的价值分析

摘要：

目的 研究并探讨印片细胞法在乳腺肿瘤术中快速病理诊断的应用价值。方法 选取2005年1月至2015年12月我院收治的400例乳腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象，采取单盲随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组，各200例。对照组术中应用石蜡切片法进行快速病理诊断，观察组术中应用印片细胞法进行快速病理诊断，以术后病理诊断结果为参照，比较两种术中快速病理诊断方法对乳腺癌诊断的准确性、灵敏度、特异度，并比较两组患者的制片时间、染色效果评分。结果 术中印片细胞快速病理诊断对乳腺癌诊断的准确性、灵敏度、特异度均高于术中石蜡切片快速病理诊断（P<0.05）；观察组患者的制片时间相对于对照组明显缩短（P<0.05），其染色效果评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在乳腺肿瘤术中采用印片细胞法进行快速病理诊断可对乳腺癌快速、有效检出，具有较高的定性诊断价值。

Value analysis of printed piece cell method in fast pathologic diagnosis of breast tumor

ABSTRACT: Objective To study and explore the application value of printed piece cell method in intraoperative rapid pathological diagnosis of breast tumor. Methods Four hundred cases of breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects, which were divided into control group and observation group with single blind random grouping method, with 200 cases in each group. The control group was given paraffin section method for rapid pathologic diagnosis, while the observation group was given printed cell method for rapid pathological diagnosis. The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of the two rapid pathologic diagnosis methods were compared between the two groups on the basis of postoperative pathological diagnosis. In addition, the production time, staining results scores were also compared. Results The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of printed piece cell method in intraoperative rapid pathological diagnosis of breast cancer were higher than those of the observation group (P<0.05). The production time, staining results scores of printed piece cell method were superior to those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The printed pieces cell method in rapid intraoperative pathological diagnosis of breast cancer can be rapid and effective, which has high value of qualitative diagnosis.
