脑塞通丸在中风病恢复期的临床效果

摘要：

目的 观察脑塞通丸治疗中风病恢复期（气虚血瘀兼阴虚证）的疗效。方法 将80例中风病恢复期（气虚血瘀兼阴虚证） 患者随机分为两组，试验组60例患者服脑塞通丸，对照组20例患者服佛山人参再造丸。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 治疗前、治疗后4周、治疗后8周，两组患者的Bathel-Index评分、改良Ranking量表评分比较，差异不明显（P>0.05）；治疗后12周，试验组的Bathel-Index评分、改良Ranking量表评分均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗前、后两组患者的NIHSS评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.33%，明显高于对照组的50.00%（P<0.05）。结论 脑塞通 丸治疗中风病恢复期（气虚血瘀兼阴虚证）具有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical effect of Naosetong pill in the recovery stage of stroke

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the curative effect of Naosetong pill in the recovery stage of stroke (Qi deficiency, blood stasis and Yin deficiency). Methods Eighty patients with recovery stage of stroke (Qi deficiency, blood stasis and Yin deficiency) were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group (60 cases) was treated with Naosetong pill, while the control group received Foshan Renshen Zaizao pill. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the Barthel index scores and modified Ranking scale scores of the two groups before treatment, 4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment (P>0.05). At 12 weeks after treatment, the Bathel index score and the modified Ranking scale score in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The NIHSS scores of the two groups before and after treatment were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 50.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion It has better clinical effect of Naosetong pill in recovery stage of stroke (Qi deficiency, blood stasis and Yin deficiency).
