鼻内镜下扁桃体联合腺样体切除治疗小儿鼾症临床分析

摘要：

目的 探讨小儿鼾症采用鼻内镜下扁桃体联合腺样体切除进行治疗的临床效果。方法 选择2015年4月至2017年3月杨凌示范区医院耳鼻喉科收治的100例小儿鼾症患者为研究对象，随机分成观察组与对照组，每组50例。对照组患儿给予扁桃体摘除和腺样体刮除术治疗，观察组患儿给予鼻内镜下扁桃体联合腺样体切除治疗，观察比较两组患儿的手术情况以 及治疗效果。结果 观察组患儿的临床总有效率高于对照组，且手术时间、术中出血量、腺样体残留率低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 小儿鼾症采用鼻内镜下扁桃体联合腺样体切除治疗，临床效果较好，较传统手术治疗方法更 有优势。

Clinical analysis of nasal endoscopic tonsil excision combined with adenoidectomy in the treatment of pediatric snoring

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic tonsil excision combined with adenoidectomy in the treatment of pediatric snoring. Methods One hundred children with snoring admitted in otolaryngological department of Yangling Demonstration District Hospital from April 2015 to March 2017 were enrolled in this study, and randomly divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50). The control group was given tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, while the observation group was given nasal endoscopic tonsil excision combined adenoidectomy. The general situation of operation and clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group, and the operation time, blood loss during operation and residual rate of adenoid were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of nasal endoscopic tonsil excision combined with adenoidectomy in the treatment of children with snoring is significant and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
