多次胰岛素皮下注射与胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察及对β细胞功能的影响

摘要:

目的 对比多次胰岛素皮下注射与胰岛素泵治疗2 型糖尿病的疗效及对β细胞功能的影响。方法 选择2014年2月至 2016年2月于我院接受短期胰岛素治疗的2型糖尿病患者174 例,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各87 例。对 照组患者采用多次胰岛素皮下注射治疗,研究组患者则采用胰岛素泵持续皮下输入治疗。观察对比两组治疗前、后的2 h PG、GLU、胰岛β细胞功能及胰岛素峰值。结果 两组患者治疗前、后的GLU与2 h PG水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);但治疗后两组GLU与2 h PG 水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胰岛β细胞功能及胰岛素峰值均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 相较于多次胰岛素皮下注射,胰岛素泵对2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能的改善作用更佳,适于临床应用。

    Curative effects observation of multiple subcutaneous insulin injection and insulin pump therapy on

    type 2 diabetes and the influence on β cell function

    ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the effects of multiple subcutaneous insulin injection and insulin pump therapy on type 2 diabetes and the influences on β cell function. Methods One hundred and seventy four cases of patients with type 2 diabetes who received short-term insulin therapy in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table, with 87 cases in each group. The control group was treated with multiple subcutaneous insulin injection, while the study group used continuous subcutaneous insulin pump input treatment. The levels of 2 h PG and GLU, changes of islet beta cell function and insulin peak before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in GLU and 2 h PG levels between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05); after treatment, the levels of GLU and 2 h PG in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of pancreatic β-cell function and insulin peak increased in both of groups, and those of the study group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with multiple subcutaneous insulin injection, insulin pump applied in patients with type 2 diabetes can improve islet β cell function better, which is suitable for clinical application.
