两种不同手术方式治疗先天性睑内翻的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探究两种不同手术方式治疗先天性睑内翻的疗效，为临床提供指导。方法 抽取2010年10月至2015年10月来我院就诊的80例先天性睑内翻患者作为本次的研究对象，对80 例先天性睑内翻患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据患者手术方法的不同，将其分为两组，其中28例患者实施缝线术进行矫正（甲组），52例患者实施下睑皮肤轮匝肌切除术进行矫正（乙组）。对比两组患者的临床疗效及术后随访1年内的复发率。结果 甲组患者的治疗总有效率为97.50%，乙组患者的治疗总有效率为100.00%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。随访1年发现，甲组40只眼中，复发10只眼，复发率为 25.00%；乙组83只眼未出现复发，复发率为0.00%；甲组的复发率显著高于乙组（P<0.05）。结论 缝线术和下睑皮肤轮匝肌切除术治疗先天性睑内翻均能取得较显著的近期治疗效果，但缝线术的复发率较高，因此为保证疗效临床应结合患者的实际情况为患者选择合适的手术方式。

Efficacy observation of two different surgical methods in the treatment of congenital entropion

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the curative effect of two different surgical methods in the treatment of congenital entropion, so as to provide guidance for clinic. Methods From October 2010 to October 2015, 80 cases of patients with congenital entropion in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and the clinical data of the 80 patients were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different surgical methods, all the patients were divided into two groups, of which 28 patients were treated with suture technique for correction (group A), 52 patients underwent lower eyelid skin orbicularis muscle resection (group B). Then the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate for 1 year after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 97.50% in the group A and 100.00% in the group B, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Followed up for 1 year found that there were 10 eyes of
recurrence in the group A (40 eyes), the recurrence rate was 25.00%; there was no recurrence in the group B (83 eyes), the recurrence rate was 0.00%. The recurrence rate of the group A was significantly higher than that of the group B (P<0.05). Conclusion The suture technique and lower eyelid skin orbicularis muscle resection can obtain significant treatment effect for patients with congenital entropion, but the recurrence rate of suture is higher. Therefore, in order to ensure the curative effect, the clinic should choose the appropriate surgical approach by combined with the actual situation of the patients.
