不同根管填充程度对牙体牙髓患者治疗的影响分析

摘要：

目的 分析不同根管填充程度对牙体牙髓患者治疗的影响。方法 选取我院牙科收治的500例牙体牙髓患者作为研究对象，按不同根管填充程度将其分为A、B、C三组，A组（164例患者，180颗患牙）给予超量填充，B组（166 例患者，181 颗患牙）给予合适填充，C组（170例患者，185颗患牙）给予不足填充。比较三组患者的治疗总有效率、疼痛情况及满意度。结果 B 组患者的总有效率明显高于A组和C组（P<0.05）；B组患者的疼痛率明显低于A组和C组（P<0.05）；B组患者的满意度明显高于A组和C组（P<0.05）。但A组和C组患者的总有效率、疼痛率及满意度比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 给予牙体牙髓患者合适根管填充治疗，总有效率高，并且能有效降低患者疼痛率，且患者满意度高，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of different degrees of root canal filling in the treatment of patients with teeth and dental pulp diseases

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of different degree of root canal filling in the treatment of patients with teeth and dental pulp diseases. Methods Five hundred patients with teeth and dental pulp diseases admitted and treated in the department of dentistry of our hospital were selected as the study objects. These patients were divided into group A, group B and group C according to the different degree of root canal filling. The group A (164 patients, 180 teeth) was given excessive filling, the group B (166 patients, 181 teeth) was given appropriate filling, while the group C (170 patients, 185 teeth) was given insufficient filling. The total effective rate, pain incidence and satisfaction degree of the three groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the patients of group B was significantly higher than that of group A and group C (P<0.05); the pain rate of the patients of group B was significantly lower than that of group A and group C (P< 0.05); the satisfaction rate of the patients of group B was significantly higher than that of group A and group C (P<0.05). However, there were no significant differences in the total effective rate, pain rate and satisfaction between group A and group C (P>0.05). Conclusion Appropriate root canal filling for patients with teeth and dental pulp diseases has high total effective rate, and can reduce the pain incidence, with high satisfaction degree of patients, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
