凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的临床研究

摘要：

目的 分析凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的临床效果。方法 选取2014年9月至2015年10月我院收治的62例上消化道出血患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组31例。对照组患者给予奥美拉唑静脉注射，观察组患者给予奥美拉唑联合凝血酶治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果、出血量、止血时间、凝血功能各指标水平及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组患者的出血量明显少于对照组，止血时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者的APTT、PT水平明显低于 对照组，FIB水平明显较高（P<0.05）；观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组不良反应总发生率比较，无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 上消化道出血患者给予凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗效果较佳，可有效缩短止血时间、减少出血量，改善凝血功能指标，且不良反应发生率低，是一种安全有效的方法。

Clinical study of thrombin combined with omeprazole in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of thrombin combined with omeprazole in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Sixty -two cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted into our hospital from September 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given intravenous injection of omeprazole, while the observation group took thrombin combined with omeprazole. The clinical effect, bleeding volume, haemostatic time, levels of indexes of coagulation function and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The bleeding volume of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group, the haemostatic time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of APTT and PT of the observation group were lower compared with the control group, and the FIB significantly was higher (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Thrombin combined with omeprazole has good curative effect in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, which can effectively reduce haemostatic time and bleeding volume, improve indexes of coagulative function, with low incidence of adverse reactions, it is a safe and effective treatment method.
