优质护理在宫颈糜烂患者微波治疗中的应用效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨优质护理在宫颈糜烂患者微波治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2015年1月至2017年1月收治的宫颈糜烂微波治疗患者132例作为研究对象，随机将其分为对照组和试验组，对照组患者实施常规妇科疾病护理，试验组患者实施优质护理。对比两组患者治疗总有效率、患者生活质量情况和患者的护理满意度。结果 试验组治疗总有效率（96.97%）明显优于对照组（83.33%），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；护理前，两组患者社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能等各项生活质量比较，无显著差异 （P>0.05）；护理后，两组的各项生活质量内容均有改善，且试验组患者改善情况明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组患者对护理工作的满意度为96.97%，高于对照组的83.33%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在宫颈糜烂患者微波治疗中实施优质护理，可显著提高其临床治疗效果，改善患者的生活质量，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广与应用。

Effect of high quality nursing in patients with cervical erosion treated by microwave

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in patients with cervical erosion treated by microwave. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, one hundred and thirty-two cases of patients with cervical erosion treated by microwave therapy in our hospital were selected as the research objects, which were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing of gynecological diseases, and the patients in experimental group received high quality nursing care. The total effective rate, life quality and nursing satisfaction rate of patients between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group (96.97%) was obviously higher than that of the control group (83.33%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); before treatment, there were no significant differences in social function, psychological function and physical function between the two groups, after the treatment, the life qualities in the two groups improved, and that in the experimental group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 96.97%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The high quality nursing in patients with cervical erosion have a good clinical effect, and can improve the life quality and the nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.
