宫腔填纱与欣母沛联合治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨宫腔填纱与欣母沛联合治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法 对我院2013年10月至2016年10月收治的78例前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，将所有患者根据止血方法不同分为对照组和研究组，每组39例，对照组患者单用宫腔填纱止血，研究组患者采用宫腔填纱联合欣母沛止血，对比两组患者的出血情况、治疗效果以及生产前、后患者的血压、脉搏及血氧饱和度。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为94.87%，对照组治疗总有效率为 79.49%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；分娩中，两组患者出血量比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），研究组患者产后2、24 h 出血量显著少于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者产前和产后2 h 的血压、脉搏及血氧饱和度比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 宫腔填纱与欣母沛联合应用治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血效果显著，具有重要的临床应用价值。

Clinical effect of uterine plug yarn combined with hemabate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa during caesarean section

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of uterine plug yarn combined with hemabate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa during caesarean section. Methods Seventy-eight cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa during caesarean section from October 2013 to October 2016 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to different hemostatic methods, with 39 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with uterine plug yarn, and patients in the research group were treated with uterine plug yarn combined with hemabate. The bleeding conditions, clinical effect, blood pressure, pulse and degree of blood oxygen saturation of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the research group was 94.87%, which was significantly higher than 79.49% of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding between the two groups during caesarean section (P>0.05), the amount of bleeding in research group after 2 h and 24 h postpartum were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the blood pressure, pulse and degree of blood oxygen saturation between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion Uterine plug yarn combined with hemabate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa during caesarean section has remarkable clinical effect. It has important clinical value.
