中西医结合治疗慢性胃十二指肠溃疡临床观察

摘要：

目的 对中西医结合治疗慢性胃十二指肠溃疡疾病的临床效果进行观察研究。方法 随机选取我院2016年1月至 2016年12月收治的130例胃十二指肠溃疡患者，对这些患者进行随机编码，其中单数号码患者为对照组（65例），采用常规西药奥美拉唑治疗；双数号码患者为观察组（65例），采用西药奥美拉唑和中药自拟健脾益胃汤进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为95.38%，明显高于对照组患者的 86.15%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的不良反应总发生率为7.69%，明显低于对照组的23.08%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对于胃十二指肠溃疡患者，采用中西医结合疗法能够大大提高患者的临床治疗效果，降低患者治疗的不良反应发生率，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on chronic gastroduodenal ulcer

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe and study the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on chronic gastroduodenal ulcer. Methods One hundred and thirty cases of patients with gastroduodenal ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected, and these patients were randomly assigned. Single number of patients were selected as the control group (65 cases), who were treated with conventional Western medicine omeprazole; and double number of patients were selected as the observation group (65 cases), who were treated with Western medicine omeprazole and Chinese medicine self designed Jianpi Yiwei decoction for treatment. The clinical efficacy and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 95.38% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 86.15% in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group was 7.69%, which was significantly lower than 23.08% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with gastroduodenal ulcer, the use of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy can greatly improve the clinical treatment of patients, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients, which is worthy of clinic application and promotion.
