心内科临床用药的问题及对策分析

摘要：

目的 结合我院实际情况，分析心内科临床用药问题，从而保证临床用药的合理性。方法 回顾性分析我院2013年1月至2016年2月心内科收治的520例患者，对用药不合理情况全面统计并分析，并提出相应的处理对策。结果 520例患者中临床用药不合理问题共有85例（16.35%），问题中占据前3位的分别是抗菌药物使用不合理26 例（5.00%）、配伍不合理22例（4.23%）、用法用量不合理20例（3.85%）。结论 临床中，心血管类疾病用药种类较多，心内科医师需要不断总结临床治疗经验，全面详细了解患者身体状态，制定个性化的诊疗方案，从而促进心内科用药合理性的提高。

Analysis of issues of clinical medicine and countermeasures in the department of cardiology

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the problems of clinical medicine use in the department of cardiology combined with the actual situation of our hospital, so as to ensure the rationality of clinical medication. Methods The clinical date of 520 cases in the department of cardiology of our hospital from January 2013 to February 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, then the irrational drug use situation was comprehensively analyzed, and to put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Results Among the 520 cases, there were 85 cases with clinical treatment issues in the department of cardiology, accounting for 16.35%. The top three of drugs issues were unreasonable drug use with 26 cases (5.00%), unreasonable drug compatibility with 22 cases (4.23% ), unreasonable usage and dosage with 20 cases （3.85% ). Conclusion In clinical practice, cardiovascular disease medication has more types, cardiologists need to constantly sum up the clinical treatment experience, to make a comprehensive and detailed understanding of the patient``s physical condition and the personalized treatment program, so as to promote the rationality of cardiovascular medicine.
