高龄患者髋骨关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防分析

摘要：

目的 探究高龄患者髋骨关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防要点。方法 将60例行髋骨关节置换术的高龄患者随机分为观察组及对照组，每组30例。对照组给予一般治疗及护理，观察组则加入预防下肢深静脉血栓措施，比较两组患者下肢深静脉血栓形成率以及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率为0.0%，对照组为20.0%，两组比较，差异显著（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为3.3%，对照组为26.6%，两组比较，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 对于行髋骨关节置换术的高龄患者，给予其相应的预防措施可以有效减少下肢深静脉血栓发生率，确保患者安全。

Prevention analysis of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with hip joint replacement

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the prevention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with hip joint replacement. Methods Sixty cases of patients with hip joint replacement were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given general treatment and nursing, the observation group added to the prevention measures of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. The eormation rate of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results The rate of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was 0.0%, which was 20.0% in the control group, the difference was significant in two groups (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.3%, which was 26.6% in the control group, the difference was significant in two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with hip joint replacement can effectively reduce the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, ensure the safety of patients.
