循证护理应用于急性心肌梗塞临床诊疗中的效果

摘要：
目的 分析循证护理应用于急性心肌梗塞临床诊疗中的效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2015年1月至2016年1月收治的 76例急性心肌梗塞患者的临床资料，根据护理方法将其分为研究组（38例）与对照组（38例）。研究组患者给予循证护理，对照组患者给予常规护理，对比两组患者的术后下床时间、术后住院时间与护理满意度。结果 与对照组比较，研究组患者的术后下床时间、住院时间明显更短（P<0.05）；研究组患者的护理满意度为97.37%，明显高于对照组的76.32%（P<0.05）。结论 循证护理应用于急性心肌梗塞临床诊疗中的临床效果显著，值得在临床护理工作中推广运用。

Clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into study group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases) according to different nursing methods. The study group received evidence-based nursing, while the control group accepted conventional nursing, the postoperative ambulation time, postoperative hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the time of postoperative ambulation and postoperative hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter (P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.37%, which was significantly higher than 76.32% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has significant clinical effect in clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction, which is worthy of promoting in clinical nursing work.
