人工髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨头无菌性坏死合并股骨粗隆间骨折的临床观察

摘要：

目的 观察人工髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨头无菌性坏死合并股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法 选择我院2013年8月至2016年1月收治的100例老年股骨头无菌性坏死合并股骨粗隆间骨折患者，按照随机方法分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。对照组患者采用常规手术内固定治疗，观察组患者采用人工髋关节置换术治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的手术时间、术后引流量、下床活动时间和住院天数均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者的并发症总发生率为8.00%，明显低于对照组的30.00%（P<0.05）。结论 采用人工髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨头无菌性坏死合并股骨粗隆间骨折的效果好，能够缩短患者的手术时间，减少并发症发生率，具有推广价值。

Clinical observation of artificial hip replacement in the treatment of aseptic necrosis of femoral head combined with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of artificial hip replacement in the treatment of aseptic necrosis of femoral head combined with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly patients. Methods One hundred cases of elderly patients with aseptic necrosis of femoral head combined with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from August 2013 to January 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with operational internal fixation, while the observation group was treated with artificial hip replacement, the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, postoperative volume of drainage, time of leaving bed and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%, which was significantly lower than 30.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Artificial hip replacement for the elderly patients with aseptic necrosis of femoral head combined with femoral intertrochanteric fracture has good treatment effect, which can shorten the patient``s operation time, reduce the incidence of complications, with the promotion value.
