县级医院鲍曼不动杆菌感染的特点及耐药分析

摘要：

目的 了解县级综合医院近年来鲍曼不动杆菌感染的特点及耐药性。方法 回顾性调查分析我院2013年1月至2014年12月神经外科ICU鲍曼不动杆菌感染情况，并进行统计分析处理。结果 2013、2014年我院神经外科ICU鲍曼不动杆菌感染分别分别发生30例、150例，感染率为1.67%、7.77%。其中，上级医院转入104例，院内感染76例；142株鲍曼不动杆菌来自痰标本，38株鲍曼不动杆菌来自伤口分泌物。鲍曼不动杆菌对呋喃妥因、头孢唑啉、头孢西丁耐药率达到100.00%，对头孢哌酮耐药达到94.00%，几乎无敏感抗生素。结论耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌感染发生率在基层医院呈逐年上升趋势，县级医院应引起重视，并加 强防范和应对措施。

Characteristics and drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii infection in county hospital

ABSTRACT: Objective To understand the characteristics and drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii infection in county general hospitals in recent years. Methods Neurosurgery ICU acinetobacter baumannii infection in our hospital from Jan uary 2013 to December 2014 was retrospectively investigated and analyzed,and statistical analysis and processing was conducted. Results There were 30 cases and 150 cases of acinetobacter baumannii infection in 2013 and 2014 respectively, the infection rates were 1.67% and 7.77%. Among them, the higher hospital transferred with 104 cases, nosocomial infection with 76 cases; 142 strains of acinetobacter baumannii were from the sputum specimens, and 38 strains of acinetobacter baumannii were from the wound secretions. The resistant rate of acinetobacter baumannii to nitrofurantoin, cefazolin, cefoxitin reached 100.00%, and it was 94.00% to cefoperazone. Conclusion The incidence of drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii infection in the primary hospital is increasing year by year, county hospitals should pay attention to it, and strengthen the prevention and response measures.
