前列地尔联合介入治疗对老年糖尿病足患者血浆纤维活性及下肢血管功能的影响

摘要：

目的 探究前列地尔联合介入治疗对老年糖尿病足患者血浆纤维活性及下肢血管功能的影响。方法 将96例老年糖尿病足患者随机分为两组，每组48例。对照组予以前列地尔治疗，观察组予以前列地尔联合介入治疗。治疗后，对比两组血浆纤维活性及下肢血管功能。结果 治疗后，两组患者的纤维蛋白肽A、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1、纤溶酶原激活物、收缩期血管峰值血流速度、内膜中层厚度及（D1-D0）/D0 水平均明显优于治疗前，且观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对老年糖尿病足患者予以前列地尔联合介入治疗，效果确切，对改善患者的血浆纤维活性及下肢血管功能具有积极意义。

Influence of alprostadil combined with interventional treatment on plasma fiber activity and vascular function of legs in elderly patients with diabetic foot

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the influence of alprostadil combined with interventional treatment on plasma fiber activity and vascular function of legs in elderly patients with diabetic foot. Methods Ninety-six cases of elderly patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given alprostadil, while the observation group was given alprostadil combined with interventional treatment. After treatment, the plasma fiber activity and vascular function of legs between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of fib rinopetide A, plasminogen activator inhibitor 1, plasminogen activator, blood flow velocity of blood vessel peak value during the contraction period, intima-media thickness and (D1-D0)/D0 in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion It has exact effect of alprostadil combined with interventional treatment in elderly patients with diabetic foot, which has positive significance for improving the plasma fiber activity and vascular function of legs.
