米非司酮在妇产科疾病治疗中的应用及不良反应

摘要：

目的 总结分析米非司酮在妇产科疾病治疗中的应用效果以及安全性。方法 选择我院2013年4月至2015年8月接收的120例妇产科疾病患者，所有患者在治疗中均采用米非司酮，观察所有患者的治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果 120例妇产科患者采用米非司酮治疗后，恶性肿瘤患者的治疗总有效率为95.0%，子宫性疾病的治疗总有效率为94.7%，终止妊娠的治疗总有效率为98.4%，不良反应总发生率为6.7%。结论 采用米非司酮治疗常见的妇产科疾病有较好的治疗效果，且不良反应发生率较低，安全性高，在满足适应证和禁忌证的条件下值得推广应用。

Application and adverse reactions of mifepristone in obstetrics and gynecology disease treatment

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of mifepristone in the treatment of gynecological diseases. Methods From August 2015 to April 2013, 120 cases of gynecological diseases were given mifepristone treatment, the treatment effect and adverse reaction rate were analyzed. Results After treatment, the malignant tumor patients with total efficiency was 95.0% , the treatment of uterine diseases total efficiency was 94.7% , termination of pregnancy in the treatment of total efficiency was 98.4% , adverse reactions occurrence rate of 6.7% . Conclusion Mifepristone in the treatment of obstetrics and gynecology diseases has better effect, lower adverse reactions occur rate, higher safety, which is worthy of clinical application in accommodate the complications and contraindications.
