妈富隆在治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床分析

摘要：
目的 对妈富隆治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的临床效果进行分析与判定。方法 选取我院收治的80例青春期功能性子宫出血患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组40 例。对照组患者给予乙烯雌酚治疗，观察组患者给予妈富隆治疗， 观察对比两组患者的止血时间、控制出血时间、不良反应发生率、临床治疗效果，以及促卵泡成熟素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）水平。结果 观察组患者的止血时间、控制出血时间均短于对照组，且临床治疗效果优于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后观察组患者的FSH、LH 及E2 水平均低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者不良反应发生率比较无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 功能性子宫出血患者采用妈富隆治疗效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of marvelon on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of marvelon in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Eighty patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding from February 2012 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly devided into control group and observation group. The control group was given diethylstilbestrol treatment, and the observation group received marvelon treatment. The hemostasis time bleeding controlling time, adverse reaction rate, the clinical effect and the level of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and estradiol (E2) of the two groups were compared. Results The hemostasis time, bleeding controlling time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the levels of FSH, LH and E2 of the observation group after the treatment were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Marvelon in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding has remarkable effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
