乳腺癌根治术患者采取模块式护理的效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨模块式护理在乳腺癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2013至2017年我院收治的70例乳腺癌根治术患者为研究对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，每组35 例。给予对照组患者常规的护理模式，给予观察组患者模块式护理 模式（包括宣传教育、疼痛护理、活动训练和心理护理模块），采用Likert 5 级计分法评价两组患者的疼痛程度，采用手术患者症状困扰问卷评价两组患者术后的不适感受，并进行组间对比。结果 观察组患者手术当日疼痛评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05），术后10 d 两组疼痛评分均下降（P<0.05），且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者术后10 d 的症状困扰评分显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 乳腺癌根治术患者采用模块式护理能有效缓解疼痛及其他术后身心不适，有利于术后康复，值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of modular nursing on patients with radical mastectomy

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of modular nursing on patients with radical mastectomy. Methods Seventy cases of patients with radical mastectomy admitted in our hospital from 2013 to 2017 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into observation group (n=35) and control group (n=35). The control group took routine nursing and the observation group received modular nursing (including publicity and education, pain care, activity training and psychological nursing). The Likert 5 score method was used to evaluate the pain degree of the two groups, the patient``s discomfort were evaluated with symptomatic questionnaire, the results were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the score of pain at the day of surgery was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and scores of 10 d after surgery in the two groups significantly decreased (P<0.05), and that in the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); the score of postoperative discomfort at 10 d after surgery in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Modular nursing for patients with radical mastectomy can ease the pain and other postoperative discomforts, it is beneficial for recovery of patients, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
