数字放射诊断在胸部创伤中的临床价值分析

摘要：

目的 观察分析数字放射技术（DR）在胸部创伤诊断中的临床价值。方法 从2015年3月至2016年3月我院收治的胸部创伤患者中随机选取100例患者作为研究对象，按照入院顺序进行分组，单号为观察组（n=50），双号为对照组（n=50）。对照组患者采用常规放射方法进行诊断，观察组患者采用DR进行诊断，比较两组患者的诊断符合率。结果 经外科手术发现，50例患者中，肋骨骨折患者33例，肺部血肿合并肺挫伤患者10例，气胸合并肺部萎缩患者7例。观察组患者的诊断符合率为98.00%，明显高于对照组的88.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针对胸部创伤患者采用DR诊断，有利于提高诊断准确率，可帮助医师制定科学有效的治疗方案，从而保障治疗效果，值得临床积极推广应用。

Clinical value analysis of digital radiography in the diagnosis of chest trauma

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical value of digital radiography (DR) in the diagnosis of chest trauma. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016, 100 cases of patients with chest trauma in our hospital were selected as the research objects, which were divided into two groups according to the admission order, with single number as the observation group (n=50) and double number as the control group (n=50). Patients in the control group were diagnosed by routine radiological method, and patients in the observation group were diagnosed by DR. The diagnostic coincidence rates were compared between the two groups. Results Surgical findings found that among 50 cases of patients with chest trauma, 33 cases with rib fractures, 10 cases with lung hematoma combined with pulmonary contusion, 7 cases with pneumothorax combined with pulmonary atrophy. The diagnostic coincidence rate of the observation group was 98.00% , which was significantly higher than 88.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with chest trauma, the use of DR diagnosis helps to improve the diagnostic accuracy and to develop scientific and effective treatment programs for physicians, so as to guarantee the treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
