建立姜胆咳喘片微生物限度检查方法

摘要：
目的 建立姜胆咳喘片微生物限度检查方法。方法 参考2010 年版《中国药典》，采用金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉及白色念珠菌5种阳性对照菌回收率试验测定姜胆咳喘片是否含有抑菌成分。结果 姜胆咳喘片对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌具有较强的抑制作用。联合使用离心沉淀集菌和培养基稀释法测定细菌数，采用常规法测定酵母菌和霉菌数，并检查控制菌。结论 采用微生物限度检查方法对姜胆咳喘片进行细菌、霉菌和酵母菌数测定及控制菌检查，
有效可行，值得推广应用。

Establishment of microbial limit test method for Jiangdankechuan tablets

ABSTRACT: Objective To establish a method of microbial limit test for Jiangdankechuan tablets. Methods According to Pharmacopoeia Chinese 2010 edition, 5 kinds of positive control bacteria recovery rate test, including Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans, were conducted to explore whether the tablets contained bacteriostatic components. Results Jiangdankechuan tablets had a strong inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. The number of bacteria was determined by centrifugation combined with culture medium dilution method, the number of yeasts and molds was determined by conventional method and checked the control bacteria. Conclusion The microbiological limits is feasible and effective to determine the bacteria, mold and yeast count of ginger gallstones and control bacteria, which is worthy of popularization and application.
