PFNA微创治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效分析

摘要：

目的 研究PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法 选取我院2013年2月至2016年2月就诊的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者86例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各43 例。对照组患者给予DHS治疗，观察组患者给予PFNA 治疗，比较两组患者的手术相关指标、术后髋关节功能评分、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生情况。结果 观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、手术切口长度均优于对照组患者（P<0.05）；观察组患者骨折愈合时间短于对照组，术后3个月的Harris 评分高于对照组，术后并发症总发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者应用PFNA微创治疗，能有效减轻手术创伤，促进患者术后恢复，值得推广。

Clinical analysis of PFNA minimally invasive treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of PFNA minimally invasive in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly. Methods Eighty-six elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures from February 2013 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with DHS, while the observation group was treated with PFNA. The surgical indicators, postoperative hip function score, fracture healing time and complications between the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, surgical incision of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The healing time of the observation group was shorter than the control group, the Harris score after 3 months surgery was higher than the control group, and the postoperative complication rate was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion PFNA minimally invasive in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures can effectively reduce the surgical trauma and promote the rehabilitation of patients after surgery, which is worth promoting.
