治未病思想预防骨科卧床患者下肢深静脉血栓的应用

摘要：
目的 探讨治未病思想在骨科卧床患者预防下肢深静脉血栓中的应用效果。方法 以我院2015年7月至2016年6月收治的200例骨科卧床患者为观察对象，以中医治未病思想为指导，对患者的原发疾病与下肢深静脉血栓易感因素等实施综合性的评估，同时采取相应的护理措施，观察其护理效果。结果 200例患者经过治未病思想护理后，5例发生下肢深静脉血 栓，发生率为2.5%；195例痊愈，预防有效率为97.5%。且所有患者护理后的QOL和SAS评分均低于护理前，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 中医治未病思想在骨折卧床患者预防下肢深静脉血栓的护理中有着非常切实的指导意义。

Effect of preventive treatment of disease in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in orthopedic bedridden patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of preventive treatment of disease in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in orthopedic bedridden patients. Methods Two hundred bedridden patients in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects. The primary disease and risk factors of deep venous thrombosis were taken a comprehensive appraisal with preventive treatment of disease as a guide. At the same time, all the patients were taken corresponding nursing measures to observe the effect of nursing. Results After 200 patients received the preventive treatment, 5 cases had deep vein thrombosis, the incidence was 2.5%, 195 cases recovered, and the effective rate was 97.5%. The QOL and SAS scores of all the patients after nursing were lower than those before nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The preventive treatment of disease gives important guidance in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in orthopedic bedridden patients.
