高校通过大学生健康教育课程开展中医药知识普及的方法探讨

摘要：

目的 提出一种通过大学生健康教育课程推广中医药知识的思路，对中医药知识在大学生健康教育课程中的设置方法进行探讨。方法 通过问卷调查，了解某高校大学生对中医药知识的认知情况，梳理大学生对中医药的认知偏见及大学生感兴趣的中医药问题，针对性设置大学生健康教育课程内容。结果 教学实践表明该校大学生对中医药知识的认知水平与接受程度显著提高。结论 大学生健康教育课程对中医药知识的普及推广起到了积极推动作用。

Method discussion of health education popularizing traditional Chinese medicine in college students

ABSTRACT: Objective To put forward an idea of spreading the traditional Chinese medicine knowledge with college student health education, and discuss the method of designing the curriculum. Methods A questionnaire was conducted to investigate the lever of students`` knowledge on Chinese traditional medicine. The problems of college students`` misunderstanding and interest for Chinese traditional medicine were put into the college student health education. Results The lever of colledge students`` knowledge on traditional Chinese medicine improved obviously. Conclusion Popularizing traditional Chinese medicine in college students through health education is helpful to spread Chinese traditional medicine knowledge.
