临床护理路径在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期护理中的应用分析

摘要：

目的 探讨临床护理路径在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2014年3月至2016年4月收治的58例子宫肌瘤手术患者作为研究对象，按照随机分配的原则将其分为对照组与试验组，各29 例，对照组患者接受常规护理，试验组患者应用临床护理路径，比较两组患者的手术指标及护理满意度。结果 试验组患者下床活动时间为（16.1±2.1）h， 术后排气时间为（42.3±2.3）h，住院时间为（5.5±1.9）d，对照组患者分别为（24.8±2.5）h、（53.8±2.9）h、（7.9±2.6）d，试验组明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组患者护理满意度为96.6%，对照组患者护理满意度为79.3%，两组比较， 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在围手术期对子宫肌瘤患者实施临床护理路径能显著缩短患者痊愈时间，提高护理满意度，值得在临床推广。

Application analysis of clinical nursing pathway in patients with hysteromyoma in perioperative period

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with hysteromyoma in perioperative period. Methods A total of 58 cases of patients with hysteromyoma admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 29 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given traditional nursing, while patients in the experimental group performed clinical nursing pathway. The nursing satisfaction and operation indicators of the two groups were compared. Results In experimental group, the time of off-bed was (16.1±2.1) h, postoperative exhaust time was (42.3±2.3) h, hospitalization time was (5.5±1.9) d; while those in the control group were (24.8±2.5) h, (53.8±2.9) h and (7.9±2.6) d respectively, and those of the experimental group were shorter than the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 96.6%, which was higher than 79.3% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway in patients with hysteromyoma in perioperative period can shorten the recovery time and improve the nursing satisfaction rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
