肝胆胰脾外科病区无陪护护理的实施与效果评价

摘要：

目的 探讨肝胆胰脾外科病房无陪护护理模式的实施与效果评价。方法 选取2015年6月至2016年6月肝胆胰脾外科一病区实施无陪护护理模式的住院患者647例，设为研究组，取同期实施传统护理模式的肝胆胰脾外科二病区患者431例设为对照组，比较两组患者的平均住院时间、平均住院费用及患者满意度和心理状态。结果 研究组患者的平均住院时间及住院费用明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者的满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者的焦虑状态比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 实施无陪护护理模式，可缩短平均住院时间，降低住院费用，提高患者的满意度。

Implement and effectiveness evaluation of no-accomanying mode in the ward

of spleen hepatobiliary pancrease surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the implement and effectiveness evaluation of no-accomanying mode in the ward of spleen hepatobiliary pancrease surgery. Methods A total of 647 hospitalized patients from June 2015 to June 2016 in the first ward of spleen hepatobiliary pancrease surgery who underwent no -accomanying mode were selected as the study group, and a total of 431 hospitalized patients in the second ward of spleen hepatobiliary pancrease surgery who underwent traditional nursing model were selected as the control group. The average hospital stay, average hospitalization cost, patients`` satisfaction rate and mental status were compared between the two groups. Results The average hospital stay and hospitalization cost of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference on the anxiety status between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The implement of no -accomanying mode can shorten the average length of stay, reduced the expenses and increase the satisfaction of patients.
