中药外敷热疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察中药外敷热疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的疗效。方法 选取48例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎住院患者，随机分为对照组（24例）和观察组(24例)。对照组患者给予常规治疗护理方案，观察组患者在常规治疗护理的基础上给予中药外敷热疗法，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 治疗后，观察组患者临床症状改善情况明显优于对照组（P<0.01）。半年后，观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.8%，远高于对照组的37.5%（P<0.01）。观察组患者生活质量改善情况显著优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 中药外敷热疗法可温中活血、化湿健脾、疏通经络，显著提高脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的疗效，值得临床推广。

Effect observation of external application of Chinese medicine heat therapy in patients with chronic gastritis of insufficiency-cold in spleen and stomach

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of external application of Chinese medicine heat therapy in patients with chronic gastritis of insufficiency-cold in spleen and stomach. Methods Forty-eight chronic gastritis of insufficiency-cold in spleen and stomach patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 24 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment and nursing, and the observation group accepted external application of Chinese medicine heat therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical symptom improvements of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.01). Half a year after the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.8%, which was higher than 37.5% of the control group (P<0.01). The life of quality improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion External application of Chinese medicine heat therapy can warm blood, wet the spleen and clear the meridians, which can improve the clinical effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis of insufficiency-cold in spleen and stomach. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
