血清CysC、Cr及LDH检测在多发性骨髓瘤早期肾损伤诊断中的应用研究

摘要：
目的 探究血清胱抑素C（CysC）、肌酐（Cr）及乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）检测在多发性骨髓瘤早期肾损伤诊断中的应用价值。 方法 选择我院收治的初步诊断为多发性骨髓瘤患者56 例为观察组，选择同期在我院进行健康体检的56 名健康者为对照组，比较两组的CysC、Cr、LDH 水平并记录观察组各指标单项和联合检测值。结果 与对照组相比，观察组CysC、Cr、LDH 水平均明显上升（P<0.05）；CysC、Cr、LDH 单项检测，CysC+Cr+LDH 联合检测阳性率比较，差异显著（X2=37.264，P<0.05），且CysC+ Cr+LDH 联合检测阳性率均高于单独检测，CysC、LDH单项基检测阳性率高于Cr 单项检测（P<0.05）。结论 CysC、Cr、LDH 联合检测多发性骨髓瘤的灵敏度明显高于单项检测，利于临床早期发现多发性骨髓瘤肾损伤。

Application of serum CysC, Cr and LDH detection in the diagnosis of early renal injury of multiple myeloma

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application value of serum cystatin C (CysC), creatinine (Cr) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) detection in the diagnosis of early renal injury of multiple myeloma. Methods Fifty-six cases of patients with multiple myeloma in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 56 cases of healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group, the levels of CysC, Cr and LDH were detected and the positive rates of single detection and joint detection were compared and recorded in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the CysC, Cr, LDH levels of the observation group were significantly increased (P<0.05); there were significant differences on the positive rates of CysC, Cr, LDH single detection and CysC + Cr + LDH joint detection ( X2=37.264, P<0.05), and the positive rates of CysC + Cr + LDH joint detection was higher than those of the CysC, Cr, LDH single detection, the positive rates of CysC, LDH single detection were higher than that of Cr (P<0.05). Conclusion The sensitivity of joint detection of CysC, Cr and LDH significantly increases compared with that of the single detection, which is beneficial to the early detection of early renal injury of multiple myeloma.
