血液透析护理中应用舒适护理模式的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析探讨血液透析护理中应用舒适护理模式的临床效果。方法 选取我院2015年4月至2016年4月收治的74例血液透析患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，各37例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上应用舒适护理模式进行护理。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者护理舒适度为97.3%，明显高于对照组的81.1%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对照组患者的护理满意度为94.6%，明显高于对照组的的78.4%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 血液透析护理中应用舒适护理模式临床效果显著，值得推广。

Clinical effect of comfort nursing model applied in hemodialysis nursing

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comfort nursing model applied in hemodialysis nursing. Methods Seventy-four cases of patients in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group received comfort nursing model on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effect was compared in two groups. Results The comfort degree in the observation group was 97.3%, which was significantly higher than 81.1% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 94.6% , which was significantly higher than 78.4% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The comfort nursing model applied in hemodialysis nursing has a good clinical effect, which is worthy of popularization.
