舒适护理用于痔疮围术期的临床效果观察

摘要：
目的 探讨舒适护理应用于痔疮围术期的临床效果。方法 选择我院2015年1月至2016年1月收治的240例行痔疮手术的患者为研究对象，根据护理方法的不同，分为观察组及对照组，观察组患者给予舒适护理，对照组患者给予常规护理，比较两组患者护理后的环境、心理及生理舒适度评分，住院时间及护理满意度。结果 与对照组比较，观察组患者的环境舒适度、心理舒适度及生理舒适度评分均明显较低（P<0.05）；观察组患者的住院时间明显短（P<0.05）；观察组患者的满意度明显较高（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理可以提高痔疮手术患者的舒适度，减少住院时间，提高患者的护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

The clinical efficacy observation of comfortable nursing on hemorrhoids perioperative

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of comfortable nursing on hemorrhoids perioperative. Methods Two hundred and forty cases of patients with haemorrhoid operation admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were chosen and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods. The observation group was given comfortable nursing, the control group was given conventional nursing. The environmental, psychological, physical comfort scores, hospital stays and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The environmental, psychological, physical comfort scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The hospital stays of observation group was obviously shorter than that of control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing could improve the comfort degree of patients with haemorrhoid operation, decrease the hospital stays and improve the nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
