阴式骶棘韧带悬吊术治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病中的护理措施分析

摘要：

目的 探讨对女性盆底功能障碍性疾病（FPFD）患者经阴道行骶棘韧带悬吊术过程中措施分析。方法 选取2012年7月 至2016年2月于我院治疗的盆底功能障碍性疾病患者42例作为研究对象，实施经阴道行骶棘韧带悬吊术治疗盆底功能障 碍性疾病，术前做好充分的评估与准备，术后经过细致的观察、护理、功能锻炼、出院指导，半年内进行远期效果评价。结果 本组患者中发生2例下肢肌间静脉血栓，经治疗后好转。有1例患者术后3月复发压力性尿失禁，通过盆底肌肉训练及生物反馈治疗后症状缓解，生活质量较前提高。结论 经阴道行骶棘韧带悬吊术治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病疗效可靠。重视围手术期护理、减少并发症、坚持盆底肌肉锻炼是达到预期治疗效果的关键。

Nursing methods of sacral spine ligament suspension through vagina in the treatment of pelvic floor functional disorder

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the treatment and nursing process of female pelvic floor functional disorder (FPFD) and the nursing methods of vagina sacral spine ligament suspension in the treatment of FPFD. Methods Forty-two cases of patients with pelvic floor functional disorder from July 2012 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, all the patients were given the implementation of transvaginal line for sacral spine ligament suspension for pelvic floor functional disorder. The full preoperative assessment and preparation, after careful postoperative observation, nursing, functional exercise, discharge guidance, the long -term effect in half year were evaluated. Results There were 2 cases venous thrombosis of lower extremity muscle, and they were improved after treatment. One patient recurred stress urinary incontinence 3 months after operation, and they were improved by pelvic floor muscle exercise and biofeedback, and the living quality of the patient was improved. Conclusion The clinical effect of vagina sacral spine ligament suspension for pelvic floor functional disorder patients is reliable. To pay attention to perioperative nursing, reduce the complications, insist on pelvic floor muscle exercise are the key to the desired therapeutic effect.
