银质针导热疗法对肩周炎软组织疼痛的效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨银质针导热疗法对肩周炎软组织疼痛的疗效。方法 本研究选取了120例肩周炎患者，按随机数字表法分为两组，观察组（59例）采用银质针导热疗法治疗，对照组（61 例）采用神经阻滞疗法治疗，观察并记录两组患者痛觉感受及肩关节活动度。结果 治疗前，观察组VAS评分为（8.37±1.42）分，对照组VAS评分为（8.23±1.16 ）分，两组相比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05 ）；治疗后，观察组VAS评分为（1.54±0.41）分，对照组VAS评分为（3.25±0.62）分，两组VAS评分均明显降低，且观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗前，观察组SSRD为 ( 33.67±9.93)°，对照组SSRD为(38.28±9.93)°  ，两组相比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，观察组SSRD为(165.81±33.77)°，对照组SSRD为(82.16±25.62)°，两组SSRD均明显升高，且观察组SSRD明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 采用银质针导热疗法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折，可以减轻患者软组织疼痛感，提高肩关节活动范围，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Analysis of the effect of silver needle heat therapy on scapulohumeral periarthritis on soft tissue pain

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the curative effect of silver needle heat therapy on scapulohumeral periarthritis on soft tissue pain. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with shoulder periarthritis were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The observation group (59 cases) was given the thermal silver needle therapy, while the control group (61 cases) was treated with nerve block therapy, the feelings of pain and activity of shoulder joint assessment were observed and recorded in two groups. Results Before treatment, the VAS score in observation group was (8.37±1.42) and the control group was (8.23 ±1.16). There was no statistical significance on VAS scores between two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the VAS score in the observation group was (1.54 ±0.41) and the control group was (3.25 ±0.62). The VAS scores were decreased in two groups, and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Before treatment, The SSRD in observation group was (33.67±9.38)° and the control group was(38.28±9.93). There was no statistical significance on SSRD between the two groups (P >0.05). After treatment, the SSRD in observation group was (165.81±33.77)°and the control group was (82.16±25.62)°. The SSRD were increased in two groups and the SSRD in observation group was higher than that in the ocontrol group (P<0.05). Conclusion The thermal silver needle therapy in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly can alleviate patients with soft tissue pain, improve the range of motion of shoulder joint and it has a high value in clinical application.
