不同内固定方式用于复杂型胫骨平台骨折的效果对比

摘要：

目的 探讨不同内固定方式用于复杂型胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法 采用随机数字表法将我院2012年6月至2016年6月收治的48例复杂型胫骨平台骨折患者分为甲组与乙组，各24 例，分别给予甲、乙组患者外侧解剖锁定加压钢板内固定术、内外侧双钢板内固定术治疗，比较两种固定方式的治疗效果。结果 甲组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、治疗总有效率与乙组患者比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；甲组患者的骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率均优于乙组患者（P<0.05）。结论 外侧解剖锁定加压钢板内固定术和内外侧双钢板内固定术在复杂型胫骨平台骨折治疗中均能取得良好的效果，而外侧解剖锁定加压钢板内固定术并发症少、骨折愈合时间短，更值得推广。

Comparison of different internal fixation methods for complex tibial plateau fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the efficacy of different internal fixation methods for complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods A total of 48 cases of patients with complex tibial plateau fractures admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2016 were randomly divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method. Patients in the group A performed anatomy of the lateral plate internal fixation with steel, while patients in the group B accepted internal and lateral fixation with double steel, the efficacy between the two groups were compared. Results The differences in the amount of bleeding, operation time, total effective rate between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05); the healing time, incidence of complications of the group A were significantly better than those of the group B (P<0.05). Conclusion Anatomy of the lateral plate internal fixation with steel and internal and lateral fixation with double steel both have better efficacy in complex tibial plateau fractures, however, anatomy of the lateral plate internal fixation with steel has less complication and shorter healing time after the operation, which is worthy of promotion.
